About this site
Baby Clearance Bargains is a clearance sale operated by AMT Home and Lifestyle, ABN 41 971 501 584, based in Australia. This site exists solely to sell existing overstock. All products are sold until stock is exhausted and will not be restocked.
Pricing and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete your order.
Orders
An order confirmation email means we have received your order — not that it has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we are unable to verify payment. In that case you will receive a full refund.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Shipping
We ship within Australia only via Australia Post with tracking. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We aim to despatch within 2 business days of payment being confirmed. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to Australia Post delays outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist with an Australia Post claim.
Your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns and refunds
Please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details. In summary: we accept returns for faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent items within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Product descriptions
We make every effort to describe products accurately. Products are genuine quality goods that have been in storage. Any known defects or condition notes are disclosed in the product listing. Images are representative — colour may vary slightly depending on your screen.
These are clearance items. Some may have minor storage marks or packaging that is not in perfect condition. This does not constitute a fault.
Stock availability
Stock is limited and is not replenished. If a product sells out before your order is processed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
