What we accept returns for
We will accept a return and provide a remedy where:
- The product arrives faulty or damaged
- The product is not as described in the listing
- The wrong item was sent
In these cases you are protected under the Australian Consumer Law and we will make it right.
Change of mind
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. These are clearance prices — in many cases below our own cost — and we are not in a position to offer discretionary returns on top of that. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
How to lodge a return
If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us via the Contact page within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Attach a photo if the item is visibly damaged or incorrect
We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Return postage
If a return is accepted for a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return postage. We will either provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable postage costs.
Do not send items back before contacting us — we need to confirm the return first.
Remedies
Depending on the nature of the issue and stock availability, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement item (if stock is available)
- A full refund to your original payment method
Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned in the condition they were received. We reserve the right to decline a refund if an item has been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorisation.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
